Here's how it works:
- We provide a choice of sensors (barcode, RFID or i-Button) which are placed at the points guards should check, and handheld devices (readers) for the guards to carry as they make their rounds.
- You get to choose from a variety of hardware manufacturers our web application supports.
- We set up a secure web account which you use to establish which guards should check what points within what windows of time.
- As the guards make their rounds, their readers verify contact with the sensor at each check point, and when the guards are done, they download the data in their reader to a cell phone or computer, which transmits the data to your web account.
- You can use your account anytime to see which guards checked what when, what was missed, change what should be checked and/or generate reports.
- You can receive SMS or email alerts if one ore more checkpoints are missed.
